How do you prepare for raids? Try to stay focus @ what i'm doin ,gettin all type of boosts to increase my stats.
What is your raiding experience? I used to raid any tbc raid except full swp.
Do you have any experience in leading raids? Yes,however i don't enjoy it since i am gettin nervous.
Are you familiar with the addon "GroupCalendar" and know how to use it? Yes.

I think it's a pity you don't really show anything about yourself or your char. So I can't really judge about that. But I get the impression you've got enough experience with WoW, that's for sure.
